Can I have both Task and Tracking?
Yes. They're priced separately, you hold one plan in each, and they work together.

What counts as an active app user?
Someone who has logged work during the month.

Can I pay for Task yearly?
No. Task is billed monthly on the users active that month. Your crew changes through the season, and paying a year up front would mean paying in January for people who only work in August.

What happens in the off season?
The bill follows the crew. You pay the base fee and the users who were active that month.
